Policies

We require at least a 24-hour advance notice of appointment cancelations. We know that unexpected events can come up. You will not be penalized if you are sick or have come down with an illness. However, recurring cancelations may prevent you from rebooking in the future. No-shows will not be rebooked. 

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged 50% of your service price. Gift certificates will be redeemed for 50% of the service price. 

Please double-check emails and text messages confirming your appointment times to avoid confusion and any delays.

Cancelation Policy

We require at least a 24-hour advance notice of appointment cancelations. You will be charged 50% of your total services and an invoice will be sent to you if you no-show for your appointments or cancel in less than 24 hours. We will use the credit card saved to Vagaro to charge the 50%. If your card is declined we will send you an invoice to your email.

We will not be able to book any other appointments until the invoice is paid. 

For example, if you book a 1-hour massage ($100) and a Signature facial ($100), you will be invoiced or charged $100 which is 50% of your total service. 

If we are closed, you may call, text or email to cancel your appointment if you are sick and need to cancel.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment so we can start on time. We understand that there can be a lot of traffic in the Carolina Forest area Therefore, please plan accordingly. Arriving early will allow you to check in and use the bathroom without affecting your service time. 

Pearl does her best to accommodate each client and give them full-service time. However, we cannot guarantee your full-service time if you arrive late. The full amount for the scheduled service will not change and full payment is expected.

No Shows and Same Day Cancelations

A no-show is when a client books an appointment but does not arrive for their scheduled appointment. Every service provided requires time and preparation. As a courtesy, we ask that you arrive for your appointment on time or cancel 24 hours in advance. Please contact us if you are sick or cannot come. We will contact you 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment in case you need more time. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and we are willing to work with you.

 

No-shows will be charged 50% of the total services booked. We will charge the credit card saved on Vagrao. If you have a gift certificate, 50% of your service price will be redeemed. If there is not enough on the gift certificate to cover 50% of the service price, we will send an invoice to your email. The invoice must be paid in full before we can book any other future appointments. Keep in mind that we may decide to not book any further appointments. 

We consider same-day cancelations when a client cancels their appointments in less than 24 hours of their scheduled time. Again, every service provided requires time and preparation. As a courtesy, we ask that you arrive for your appointment on time or cancel 24 hours in advance if you cannot come.
