Pain Management Therapy

After your initial assessment, we will discuss treatment options including massage, stretches, muscle energy techniques, and energy work. Your follow-up visits can be modified to 30 or 60 minutes. Follow-up visits must be rescheduled within 3 weeks for best results.
Initial visit: 75 minutes $120.
Follow-up visits: 30 minutes $55 or 60 minutes $100

Deep Tissue Massage
Targets chronic tension in muscles that lie far below the body's surface. Deep muscle techniques involve slow strokes, direct pressure or friction movements that go across the muscle grain.

JFB Myofascial Release®
John Barnes' Myofascial Release approach focuses on gently stretching and applying sustained pressure to the fascial tissue to release restrictions, improve mobility, and alleviate pain. By addressing the body's fascial system holistically, this method aims to restore balance and promote natural healing.

Each Myofascial Release Treatment session is performed directly on skin without oils, creams or machinery. This enables the therapist to accurately detect fascial restrictions and apply the appropriate amount of sustained pressure to facilitate release of the fascia.

Please wear comfortable clothing that is loose. For example, gymwear, shorts, loose t-shirt or tanktop, sportsbra.

Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage is a therapeutic massage technique that encourages the natural circulation of lymph through the body, helping to reduce swelling, boost the immune system, and promote detoxification.

Your first session will include a consultation and 30 minutes of manual lymphatic drainage. If your body responded well, we can extend session to 60 minutes.

Empacho Massage

A traditional Mesoamerican massage specific to Mexico. The focus is to release the fascia connected to the belly and internal organs. Tradition says it helps relieve symptoms of constipation. However, It does not treat or cure any disease or ailments.
