Ancient knowledge of Ayurveda and family herbal remedies that have been passed down going back centuries rooted in the Tarahumara people of Chihuahua. Redness, sensitivity, and scarring can be addressed.

Massage and Bodywork

Reduce pain and enjoy life again! Offering deep tissue, therapeutic, and reflexology massages. Plus, pain management massages for Myofascial/Orthopedic conditions. Whatever your body needs I have a massage that will help. Hot stones and aromatherapy may be added upon request at no additonal cost. You may also add CBD oil to take any massage to the next level for an additional fee. 

Reiki

Feeling off but not sure where to start? Give Reiki a try and get your energy back on track! Multidimensional Healing (MDH) is an advanced approach of Usui Reiki. It focuses on centering your body energies which help reduce anxiety, improve sleep and overall wellness. Clients experience comfort and relaxation. This can be combined with any massage or facial to induce relaxation and calmness.
